The voice-first training journal

Coachout loud.

Say the set out loud. Aunesti writes it down, shows it back for a yes, and remembers every rep, for every client you train.

Trainer · Home

Your day, in order.

Every client you'll see today, and what's planned for each.

Trainer · AI Coach

Talk between sets.

Ask what she lifted last week, then say today's set. Aunesti writes it down as you talk.

Trainer · AI Coach

Shown back for a yes.

Every number on a card, saved only when you confirm. Undo takes it back.

Trainer · Sarah's day

Remembered.

Every rep lands on the client's day, ready for the next session.

Trainer · AI Coach

A coach that drafts.

Ask for a block. Edit any day, then add it to the calendar.

Client · Sarah's app

Clients, read-only.

Sarah opens tomorrow and finds the pull day you planned.

02The premise

Personal training is a craft of attention. Every second spent thumbing a spreadsheet is a second not spent watching the bar. So Aunesti listens — and you keep your eyes on your client.

03Listen

Say the set. That's the whole interface.

  1. 01
    Speak

Tap the mic, or go hands-free between sets, and say it the way you'd tell a colleague.

04The app

Made for the studio floor. Just as at home on the desk.

05Features

Everything a session asks of you. Nothing it doesn't.

Ask about any day

01

History questions are answered from the log and only the log. If nothing was recorded, it says so.

A coach that drafts

02

Ask for a block and it lays out the weeks. Edit any day, then add the plan to the calendar.

Timed, cardio, circuits

03

Rounds, holds, distances and RPE, said the way you'd say them on the floor.

Undo, exactly

04

Sets and weigh-ins come back as receipts. Undo takes back what that one log wrote, nothing older.

The week at a glance

05

Days a plan has scheduled are ringed in citron, so the week reads before you tap a thing.

Clients, read-only

06

Clients open their own days and see what's planned. Only their trainer can change it.

06House rules

Three rules. No exceptions.

A training log is only worth what you can trust in it. These hold for every set, every question and every plan.

  1. I.

Nothing is saved until you say yes.

Every log arrives as a card first. Confirm it with a tap or a spoken “yes”. A card left unconfirmed for thirty minutes expires.

  2. II.

    No invented reps.

If a number wasn't said, Aunesti asks for it. Reps, weights, dates and records are never guessed.

  3. III.

Each client sees only their own.

Clients see their own days, read-only. Trainers see only the clients linked to them, and the database enforces it.
